Shaping Unlimited Possibilities LLC Training Services specializes in Home Customer Service training, Job Readiness Training and Business Entrepreneur Training for individuals who are returning to the workforce, looking to make a career change, wanting to update their skills or desiring to open their own business. Employment & Training Services was founded in 2014 by President and Owner Nicole Hughley. Our training program was implemented to assist recipients in gaining knowledge in job readiness skills, customized employer training, healthy work attitudes, basic skills, self-esteem, life skills, computer skills and customer service skills business ownership. Our main objective is to prepare everyone to move into the workplace equipment with technology and job skills that will assist them in landing that ideal job or business venture. We also offer extensive counseling, supportive services, job placement and retention services for all our clients.
